Patrick Jane’s cocktail menu is a blend of old and new drinks. The use of fresh house made simple syrups, with flavors ranging from ginger, mint, cinnamon and sage, adds complexity and flavor to drinks without the use of store bought chemical additives and cheap bottled sour mixes. Fresh lemons and limes cut and squeezed behind the bar as the cocktails are ordered is the sign of quality in the bar industry.      



Original cocktails like “Patrick’s Holy Water” lend unique options to the menu and use ingredients like fresh cucumber and mint with freshly squeezed lime. Prohibition era cocktails like the “Chartreuse Smash” are options that take you back in time and bring the quality and art of hand crafted cocktails back to the forefront at Patrick Jane’s.
   

Patrick Jane’s has recently been recognized by a number of local publications for their unique and fresh farm to glass cocktails. With seasonal drinks being created each and every week depending on what is at the farms, the cocktail selection is endless and unique. The beer selection on draft revolves around the “local” mentality again with all 8 taps being dedicated to craft beers that are made right here in NC. The wine list has something for just about everyone. Our chef picks out all of the wines himself and is a firm believer that you don’t have to spend a fortune on a good bottle of wine. Our Happy Hour on Weekdays from 4 – 6PM  with half priced appetizers is a perfect way to come sample some drinks and light fare
